At Golfin' Around, our Number One Goal is your Complete Satisfaction! Additionally, we want to be able to offer our Customers and Clients the Overall Best Value in Golf. With both of these principles in mind, we have adopted what we believe to be a very fair Return Policy, that will also allow us to offer our Customers and Clients the Best Value for their Dollar

New Golf Equipment Returns:

New Golf Equipment purchases can be returned to Golfin' Around Events under the following conditions:

If you wish to return something, you must notify Golfin' Around within three days of confirmed delivery. Golfin' Around will send you a UPS Return Label, and upon receiving the returned merchadise it will be inspected to ensure it meets the above requirements. Upon approval of your return, you will be refunded the total purchase amount less shipping both ways. Golfin' Around offers Free Shipping on all of it's orders, however for returned merchandise, there will be a fifteen dollar charge for shipping charges we incurred to ship the merchandise to you, and this will be deducted from your refund.

Used Golf Equipment Returns:

From time to time, Golfin' Around sell Used Golf Equipment. Golf Equipment sold as Used can be returned to Golfin' Around under the following conditions:

Apparel Returns:

All Apparel sold by Golfin' Around Events is Brand New and has tags on it upon shipping. We do not except returns of Apparel that has been worn, or has had the tags removed. Of course, you need to verify that your Apparel Item fits, so try it on, just make sure you don't remove the tags. If you wish to return and Apparel Item, you must notify us within three days of confirmed delivery. Returns requested after this timeframe are subject to rejection. Customer pays shipping both ways.

Customized Merchandise Returns:

We Guarantee all of the products we sell as well as the workmanship that goes into them. We do not allow Customers to return Customized or Personalized Items, unless for some reason there is an error on the part of Golfin' Around. Should a problem arise, or you have a defective product, we will happily replace the product within the timeframe laid out in our warranty.

Manufacturer's Warranty:

Should a Warranty Issue arise, Golfin' Around pledges to work with you until the issue is resolved. Ususally, we will be able to work with our vendors to get your product replaced in a timely fashion. Additionally, any Customization - Embroidery, Screen-Printing, Engraving - comes with a One Year Warranty against workmanship unless otherwise stated at time of purchase. This is the window in which we GUARANTEE we will get you taken care of. Any issues outside of either the Manufacturer's or Golfin' Arounds Warranty will be handled on a case by case basis in an effort to keep our Customer's and Corporate Clients happy.
